Wanchalearm Ruksrisuk (Pao)
Pao is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor whose real passion is underwater photography. He started diving on Koh Lanta and has worked in the Similan Islands on liveaboards. He is in charge of all aspects of our dive boat at Anti Gravity Divers PADI Dive Resort Koh Lanta and specializes in teaching the PADI Digital Underwater Photography course. He also heads wetlense.com, an underwater digital imaging company.
Kesinee Theptarakulkarn (Woon)
Woon is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor who loves to share her passion of the underwater world with her students. She is also in charge of the finance and paperwork of Anti Gravity Divers PADI Dive Resort Koh Lanta (Thank god!). We are very lucky to have her.
Anand Chandra Sekaran
Anand is a PADI IDC Staff Instructor and is the founder of Anti Gravity Divers, having started the company in Malaysia in 2007. He overlooks the general operations of the company and is particularly anal-retentive about well maintained dive equipment AND clean toilets, although he wishes he had more time to teach diving which is his real passion. He usually spends the low season on the Perhentian Islands staffing Instructor Development Courses with PADI Platinum Course Director Azman Sulaiman which he thoroughly enjoys.
Dalton
Dalton is a PADI Master Instructor and has been a resident of Koh Lanta for around 10 years, switching dive seasons between here and the Perhentian Islands in Malaysia, where he staffs Instructor Development Courses with PADI Platinum Course Director Azman Sulaiman. He also moonlights as a magician (he is really that good at it) and loves playing the guitar. He co-ordinates all the dive training and handles all social media at Anti Gravity Divers PADI Dive Resort Koh Lanta. Lastly, he loves teaching oriental girls to dive.
Sarah Williams
Sarah is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer who enjoys sharing her love
of the
underwater world, and coupled with her bubbly personality,
will give you a very good reason to keep coming back to dive with us.
She has worked on Koh Lanta for a
few years and also in Malaysia and
the Maldives. She is one of our most valued instructors, being able to
teach courses in English, French and Spanish. And at the end of the
day's diving,
you're most likely to find her socialising at Why Not Bar or Aqua Bar on
Kantiang Bay.
Emma Forslund
Emma is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor and our resident Swedish Instructor. This is Emma's first season on Koh Lanta, having spent the last few seasons in Perhentian Islands working on Long Beach. Being able to speak Malay, Emma is a big hit with our Malay visitors, and when not guiding or teaching, she is usually found doing some DIY or painting around the diveshop.
Iris Lambrechts
Iris is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor from Holland. Don't let her young age fool you - Iris is well on her way to climbing the PADI Ladder. This is her first season in Koh Lanta, having finished her Instructor Course in Perhentian Islands. She completed her Divemaster Course in Pulau Wey, and with a fondness for chocolate, if not in the diveshop, she will often be found in Auntie Mays.Gus Crosbie
Gus is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor from Australia. Having worked as a PADI Divemaster in Long Beach Perhentian, this is his first season in Koh Lanta. With a love of macro-life, you will often find Gus diving off Amantra Resort Housereef, where you can find a lot of unusual nudibranches that are not found elsewhere around Koh Lanta. Afterwards, you will find him learning the Latin Names for the species spotted.
